ADOPTION PENDING


Elroy is just the cutest thing!!! His eyes and expression are so imploring and his elongated body, shorter legs and tail that curves up over his body put together such a charming little package that you just want to pick him up and snuggle him. That's fine with him!! Elroy is pretty low energy although he enjoys a good walk in the neighborhood to meet other dogs. Elroy likes to collect toys and put them in his dog bed and is then happy to take a good nap in his favorite belly up position. He is VERY much about food and, typical for a beagle, can be very resourceful about trying to get to it. He quickly learned to get in his crate and he is always ready to get a treat. He loves to sit on the couch with his foster parents when he can, but he doesn’t seem to be upset to wait his turn with the other dogs. Elroy has been with one of our wonderful Louisiana Fosters since the second week of November and has been in Florida since January 11th. He's had a dental cleaning, was heartworm positive but has gone through his treatment. and is ready for a sleepover!
