ADOPTION PENDING

Gertie is a sweet, middle-aged beagle mix who won’t require a lot of exercise. She will go for a walk at a comfortable pace. She loves her food and was very overweight when she first came into our rescue. She does play with the other dogs in her foster home, but only briefly. She likes toys a little, but she tends to dissect and eat the fabric ones. She LOVES to get attention from people and is a REALLY good cuddler. She will give you kisses, perhaps more than you would like. Gertie test positive for heartworms but was treated while being fostered in Louisiana. Gertie is ready for a sleepover!
