Boo-Bayou, or simply Boo is the poster child for girls just wanna have fun! She loves chasing squirrels and playing with toys (although she needs sturdy ones). Boo gets along great with other dogs but also enjoys her quiet time by herself or around her 2-legged family. She can be initially a little shy, especially of men, but once she warms up she is pure love on four legs! Although she doesn't currently live with children, Boo's Louisiana foster mom has observed her with small ones and Boo was relaxed and did not jump on them. We would love for Boo to have a fenced yard where she can unleash her zoomies and run like a bunny, bounding and hopping in the air - it's a joy behold! Boo has had some good training and will sit for almost anything, but she needs a family who will continue to work on some of her puppy traits like chewing and counter surfing. She accepts correction very well but is still learning. She is heartworm negative and ready for her forever family, but we either need a foster home or a potential adopter in Florida in order to set up transportation for her to come.
