Jelly Bean is a tiny sweetheart who's learning the joys of freedom after living life as a breeder beagle confined to an outdoor pen. When she first arrived Jelly Bean was fearful and skittish but has really come out of her shell. She's grown into a friendly girl and has discovered that people can be kind, though she could be a flight risk until she feels comfortable. Jelly Bean absolutely loves other dogs and would do best in a home with a canine companion to show her the ropes. Bonus - she's also great with cats! Jelly Bean very much enjoys daily leash walks and can walk several miles a day. However, she was recently treated for heartworms, so will require shorter walks and limited activity for a while. She is a joyful, lively little girl who would thrive in a family that enjoys walks, playtime, and allows her an outlet to express her full beagle energy.
