Introducing adorable Pooh!!! This little guy has progressed so much in his foster home, but he still needs gentle direction, slower movements, and lots of attention and love. We believe Pooh and Tigger are brothers. Originally they were not fostered together, but were near enough to play together several times a week. Now they are in the same foster home. When Pooh first arrived he did not trust us humans, but knowing what he has been through and how much he has improved is a testament to his sweet nature. Yes, he still needs help and guidance, and yes, he is still timid and hand shy, but above all Pooh WANTS to be loved. So...for his continued progress Pooh really needs another dog to play with for sure, and we'd actually love it if he got adopted together with Tigger. It is absolutely delightful to watch Pooh cavorting with dogs he has had a chance to become familiar with. His tail is going a million miles an hour, he's jumping and jiggling, and his face is full of joy!  Also, Pooh really needs a fenced yard. He thrives on being outside whether there's sunshine or clouds. He loves smelling the smells, bird watching or playing with his best buddy dog. He clearly prefers outdoors to indoors. The fence would also keep him safe as Pooh could quite possibly be a flight risk -- until he becomes very familiar with his new situation. Pooh would be great with children aged 12 and up and he is absolutely fine with cats. He was heartworm positive but has already been  treated. Pooh's transformation so far has been nothing short of amazing. If his new family will make the small investment towards his his continued growth and adaptation, we just know they will be hugely rewarded!
